Product reviews are a great way to help your products stand out in the TradingApp® Store. However, sometimes these reviews require a response in order to clarify a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of a product’s usage, intent, or behavior. In order to address these situations, we have added the ability to attach a developer response to any product review.
If you feel that a review requires a response, please follow these steps:
- Determine that the review does comply with our https://tradestation.tradingappstore.com/reviewguidelines (otherwise use the Report This link to notify us of a guideline violation).
- Write a brief response (no more than 500 characters) that clarifies the issue and conveys it in a professional manner.
- Send your response, via email, to email@example.com and include the name and link of the product in the store, the subject of the review that requires a response, and the real name or nickname of the author.
The TradingApp Store team will review the response and determine whether it should be attached to the specified review. Please note that the response will be displayed for the specified review until the customer updates his/her review, at which point the response will be removed from the site. You will need to resubmit the response since the review may have fundamentally changed.
Also note that the developer response feature is intended for infrequent use, subject to compliance approval and the judgment of the TradingApp Store team.
